Carolina Hurricanes goaltender Alex Nedeljkovic pushed aside 24 shots to register his first career shutout in Saturday's 4-0 win over Tampa. He took his record for the year to 2-1-1 and improved his goals-against average to 2.44 and save percentage to .911. Nedeljkovic had given up at least three goals in each of his first three appearances of the season, so this should be a nice confidence-booster for the 25-year-old.
