1 year agoLos Angeles Angels right-hander Alex Meyer had another setback in his shoulder and will be shut down from throwing for another four to six weeks. Meyer missed the entire 2018 season, and suffered a setback in late August as well. It is unclear if the big righty will be ready for the start of spring training. Meyer had a 3.74 ERA and 75 strikeouts in 67 2/3 innings in 2017, and figures to compete for a rotation spot if he is healthy.--Andy Patton - RotoBaller
