Florida Panthers center Aleksander Barkov scored his 17th goal of the season in Thursday's 6-2 loss to the Flyers, snapping a five-game goalless streak and recording his first goal of the month. Barkov brought the Panthers within two goals as a result of his top shelf goal past goaltender Carter Hart early in the third period, but the Panthers failed to record any more production on the offensive end afterwards, ultimately falling to the Flyers in a crucial game between two Eastern Conference Playoff hopeful teams. Barkov is up to 17 goals, 39 assists and 56 points through 54 games, making the seventh-year center a strong option across all fantasy formats down the stretch of the season.--Denis Vondrus - RotoBaller
