Chicago Blackhawks defenseman Alec Martinez (undisclosed) sustained an injury during Monday's loss to the Colorado Avalanche. Martinez logged just over three minutes of ice time before exiting the contest. He logged one blocked shot and hit before exiting. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his status leading up to their next contest on Thursday evening against the San Jose Sharks. Entering Monday, Martinez tallied three points (two helpers) over his last five contests. During this stretch, the 37-year-old logged four blocked shots and held a +2 rating. Through 38 total games this season, Martinez has found the back of the net five times, added seven helpers, and logged 77 blocked shots. If he were to miss time, T.J.
