6/4:The Philadelphia Phillies have selected Alec Bohm with the third overall pick in the MLB amateur draft out of Wichita State University. Bohm is either a third baseman or first baseman and has some of the best power in the draft. At 6-foot-5 and 240 pounds, there are questions about whether he can play third base. Bohm projects to be a heavy power hitter and has drawn comparisons to Joey Gallo. He racked up 16 home runs, 55 RBI and a .625 slugging percentage this season. On top of the power, Bohm has great patience and can still hit for average at the MLB level.--Zach Feldman - RotoBaller
