AJ Johnson Traded to Grizzlies

According to Shams Charania of ESPN, the Memphis Grizzlies acquired guard AJ Johnson, a protected 2030 Warriors first-round pick and two second-round picks from the Dallas Mavericks in exchange for forward/center Santi Aldama (knee). The 21-year-old will get a fresh start in Memphis and could see an expanded opportunity as the Grizzlies begin a rebuild following the trade of star guard Ja Morant (elbow) to Portland earlier this week.--Andrew Lennox
