Aaron Jones Tallies 113 Yards In Week 17
Green Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones took 14 carries for 111 yards and added an additional two yards on two receptions during the team's 41-17 victory over the Minnesota Vikings. Thanks to their defense, the Packers controlled this game, allowing them to run the ball much more than they threw it. The 28-year-old did not capitalize on the plus matchup through the air, but he did lead the team in rushing and had a decent fantasy performance. Things could have been much worse for those who started Jones since he came into the game at less than 100%, but this performance put the fear that he was going to be limited to rest. Green Bay has a crucial matchup against the Detroit Lions next week to keep their playoff hopes alive. For those who have their title game in Week 18, Jones will be viewed as a top-tier RB2 in that matchup.
