NFL Prop Bet Picks for Super Bowl LVII - DraftKings Super Bowl Specials Including Game Leaders, Game Props

Isiah Pacheco - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Rookies

Top NFL prop bet picks and betting advice for Super Bowl LVII. Kipp Heisterman gives an in-depth gambling preview for the big game and his winning bets.

Super Sunday is finally here! Super Bowl LVII will match the Kansas City Chiefs against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, February 12th. The spread currently sits at Eagles -1.5 with a total of 51.

That being said, we are not here to discuss spreads and totals. Oh no, we are here to discuss the props that are currently out on the market on DraftKings Sportsbook and see which of them we can attack with confidence.

In this article, I will cover some of my favorite props listed for Super Bowl LVII on DraftKings Sportsbook. You can check out some of my other favorite Super Bowl props for PrizePicks, also. Let's get to the bets already, shall we?

Editor's Note: The FFPC Playoff Challenge #2 is back with a massive $100,000 grand prize and $203,250 total prize pool, paying down to 100th place. Here's the deal: no salary cap, no draft, no pickups, no subs. Choose 8 players, and as NFL teams get knocked out so will your players, so choose your team wisely. The entries will sell out quickly, and registrations will close on Saturday January 17th at 4:30 pm ET . Don't wait - get your team now and end your fantasy football season with a shot at $100,000! Super Bowl MVP Betting Picks

Patrick Mahomes (+125)

This play will be quick and to the point: If you think the Chiefs win the Super Bowl, then this is a play you should make with confidence as opposed to betting the Chiefs on the money line at +105.

Quarterbacks overwhelmingly win the MVP of the Super Bowl (31 out of 56 winners have been a quarterback) and there are very few scenarios in which the Chiefs win this game that results in someone other than Mahomes winning the MVP.

Quite frankly, he is their offense, and outside of a ridiculous Isiah Pacheco game, no one else is likely to win MVP for the Chiefs. Even if Travis Kelce has a monster game, that still means Mahomes was throwing him the rock.

Game Leaders Betting Picks

Marquez Valdes-Scantling to have the longest reception (+1000)

We are looking at value once again here as MVS is more than capable of bringing in a deep pass or two in this game. On the season, MVS had four receptions of 30+ yards and finished with a long of 57 yards.

In each of his previous three seasons, he had had at least one reception of 70+ yards as well. While A.J. Brown is the favorite here at +225, MVS provides a ton of value and upside with this play.

Game Props Betting Picks

Both teams score 1+ rushing touchdown

This is a no-brainer from the standpoint of betting on the Eagles as they scored a total of 32 rushing touchdowns in 2022, which was eight more touchdowns on the ground than any other team in the league. Meanwhile, the Chiefs posted a total of 18 rushing touchdowns, which ranked them eighth-best in the league.

This actually came as a surprise to me given how hyper-focused the Chiefs have been on the passing attack, but Mahomes and Pacheco combined for nine total rushing touchdowns this season and they also like to get their wide receivers involved in the ground game. The Eagles also allowed 15 touchdowns on the ground in 2022, which ranked them in the bottom half of the league.

Game Specials Betting Picks

Any player to make a 55+ yard reception - Yes (+250)

We already discussed the value of MVS having the longest reception in this game, which could certainly be over 55 yards given his track record, but now we have the whole field to play with in this one.

The favorite in the aforementioned prop is A.J. Brown, who had two games with at least a 55-yard reception and missed by just one yard in a third game. Mahomes and Hurts also combined for four such games in which they completed a pass of 55 or more yards while narrowly missing this mark in five additional games.
