2025 NFL Draft projections - where will all 15 draft night attendees go in the 2025 NFL Draft. Joey predicts where each of the 15 players in the green room will go in the 2025 NFL Draft.

With the 2025 NFL Draft just a few days away, it was finally revealed which prospects will be in attendance in the green room on draft night. After only 13 players accepted an invite last year, that number was upped in this year's draft, as 15 prospects will be in Green Bay for Thursday's draft. Some notable names include Cameron Ward, Travis Hunter, Abdul Carter, and Ashton Jeanty.

One noteworthy player who will not be attending the draft is Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders. Sanders is highly regarded as the QB2 in this year's draft class, but he will not be present when his name is called. Penn State tight end Tyler Warren and Georgia edge rusher Jalon Walker are two other surprising players who will not be in attendance.

So, let's dive in and predict where each of the 15 draft night attendees will go in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Tyler Booker, OG

Projected Landing Spot: Houston Texans (No. 25 overall) 

The Houston Texans have made plenty of moves involving their offensive line this offseason. They traded away Pro Bowl left tackle Laremy Tunsil for multiple draft picks and then traded guard Kenyon Green to the Minnesota Vikings. Even though Houston signed guard Laken Tomlinson to a $4.25 million deal in free agency, look for them to upgrade the offensive line early in the draft.

As a result, the Texans land the best guard in the 2025 draft class in Tyler Booker. Booker played all three college seasons at Alabama and allowed just two sacks across 2,007 career snaps. Given that he is a great pass blocker, Houston should be all over him later in the first round. Quarterback C.J. Stroud was taken down a career-high 52 times in 2024.

Jihaad Campbell, LB

Projected Landing Spot: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (No. 19 overall) 

Alabama linebacker Jihaad Campbell continues to shoot up draft boards following a career year with the Crimson Tide in 2024. Campbell totaled 117 tackles (12 tackles for loss) with five sacks, two forced fumbles, and one interception across 13 games. Those numbers, mixed with his impressive 40-yard dash (4.52), will make him a first-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

The perfect landing spot for him will be with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at No. 19 overall. Although Campbell underwent shoulder surgery after the NFL Combine, that shouldn't affect his draft stock. With linebacker Lavonte David entering his 14th NFL season in 2025, the Alabama product could be the heir to David once he retires.

Will Campbell, OT

Projected Landing Spot: New England Patriots (No. 4 overall) 

LSU offensive tackle Will Campbell is the best offensive lineman in this year's draft class. He allowed just four sacks across his three seasons with the Tigers and figures to be a top draft pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. Given how much the New England Patriots' offensive line struggled a year ago, they should be all over Campbell with the fourth overall pick.

The Patriots allowed 52 sacks last year (tied for the fifth-most), and that can't happen again next season. They have to protect Drake Maye moving forward. So, Campbell would be a nice pick for a team that continues to address the offensive line position. New England added both center Garrett Bradbury and right tackle Morgan Moses in free agency.

Abdul Carter, DE

Projected Landing Spot: New York Giants (No. 3 overall) 

For most of the winter, everyone believed Sanders would fall to the New York Giants at No. 3 overall. While that still appears to be a possibility, the Giants will pass on the Colorado quarterback with their first-round pick. Instead, New York takes the best prospect in this year's draft class and selects the Penn State pass rusher.

Abdul Carter totaled 68 tackles (24 tackles for loss) with 12 sacks and two forced fumbles in 2024. Those 24 tackles for loss led all players in FBS, and his 22.6 percent pass-rush win rate was elite. Even though the Giants already have a solid pass rush, it's hard to imagine them passing on a player of his caliber. Pairing him with Dexter Lawrence II, Brian Burns, and Kayvon Thibodeaux would make this a lethal group.

Matthew Golden, WR

Projected Landing Spot: Denver Broncos (No. 20 overall) 

There has been a lot of hype surrounding Texas wide receiver Matthew Golden in recent weeks. That has likely stemmed from his impressive NFL Combine performance, in which he ran a 4.29 40-yard dash. Although Golden never put up a 1,000-yard season in his college career, he is one of the more talented wideouts in this year's draft class.

As a result, the Denver Broncos will choose to upgrade their wide receiver room by selecting Golden with the 20th overall pick. Denver needs a WR2 alongside Courtland Sutton, and the Texas playmaker could fill that void. He totaled 987 receiving yards and nine touchdowns in his final college season with the Longhorns.

Mason Graham, DT

Projected Landing Spot: Jacksonville Jaguars (No. 5 overall) 

Michigan defensive tackle Mason Graham has been linked to the Jacksonville Jaguars for many months. Given that the Jaguars will enter the draft with a significant need on the defensive line, Graham is the perfect fit for this team. Therefore, Jacksonville selects the 6-foot-4, 296-pound tackle with the fifth overall pick.

Graham totaled 45 tackles (seven tackles for loss) with three 1/2 sacks this past college season and has the potential to be a Day 1 contributor in the NFL. If the Jaguars pass on him with their first-round selection, it would be somewhat of a shock. They need a difference maker up front, which is why the Michigan product is almost a given at No. 5 overall.

Maxwell Hairston, CB

Projected Landing Spot: Buffalo Bills (No. 30 overall)

Kentucky cornerback Maxwell Hairston was not originally on the list of draft night attendees, but he will now attend Thursday's draft in Green Bay. He replaces quarterback Jaxson Dart, defensive end Mykel Williams, and tackle Josh Simmons, all of whom won't be in attendance any longer.

Hairston's stock has definitely risen in recent weeks after the 21-year-old ran an impressive 4.28 40-yard dash. That was the fastest 40-yard time among all prospects who ran at the NFL Combine this year. As a result, the Buffalo Bills will select him with the 30th overall pick in the draft. The Bills need some cornerback depth, and Buffalo would be a nice fit for the Kentucky defender.

Travis Hunter, WR/CB

Projected Landing Spot: Cleveland Browns (No. 2 overall) 

All signs point to the Cleveland Browns taking Hunter with the second overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. Even though the Browns don't have a long-term answer at the quarterback position, it appears they will pass on Sanders and take a potential generational talent instead. The Colorado star played both wide receiver and cornerback at a high level in college.

Now, it remains to be seen which side of the ball Hunter mostly plays in the pros. It will be challenging for him to play 80-plus snaps on both offense and defense every game for 17 straight weeks. However, recent comments he made suggest that he doesn't want to be drafted by a team that won't play him on both sides of the ball. So, it'll be interesting to see if the Browns stick with him with their selection.

Ashton Jeanty, RB

Projected Landing Spot: Las Vegas Raiders (No. 6 overall) 

Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty should be selected very early in the 2025 NFL Draft. Jeanty just had one of the best rushing seasons in college football history and will be a big offensive addition to any team that drafts him. The 21-year-old rushed for 2,601 yards and 29 touchdowns with the Broncos in 2024.

Following that historic season, the Las Vegas Raiders won't pass up on the opportunity to select him with the sixth overall pick. Running back is a need for this team, and Jeanty would immediately make this offense better as a whole. This landing spot has been the consensus among draft analysts in recent weeks.

Will Johnson, CB

Projected Landing Spot: San Francisco 49ers (No. 11 overall) 

Michigan cornerback Will Johnson didn't have the best season in 2024. He only appeared in six games due to a turf toe injury, and PFF gave him a 50.6-man coverage grade in those six contests. However, we can't deny Johnson's talent. The 22-year-old had nine interceptions (three for a touchdown) in his three college seasons to go with 10 passes deflected.

Given how many defensive pieces the San Francisco 49ers lost this offseason, they will target Johnson with the 11th overall pick. The Michigan product would essentially replace free-agent departure Charvarius Ward at cornerback, and the soon-to-be rookie could see significant playing time in Year 1.

Tetairoa McMillan, WR

Projected Landing Spot: Dallas Cowboys (No. 12 overall) 

Arizona playmaker Tetairoa McMillan will enter the 2025 NFL Draft as the best wide receiver prospect in the class. McMillan put up over 1,300 receiving yards and eight touchdowns in back-to-back college seasons and ranked top-10 in both contested catches (18) and missed tackles forced (29) in 2024. 

With the Dallas Cowboys needing a WR2 in their offense, McMillan is the perfect selection for them at No. 12 overall. The Cowboys haven't gotten much production from the WR2 position in recent years, and Brandin Cooks left in the offseason. So, adding the Arizona product would give Dak Prescott another big-time playmaker in the passing game.

Jalen Milroe, QB

Projected Landing Spot: New York Giants (No. 34 overall) 

It was a bit surprising that Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe was invited to attend the 2025 NFL Draft. He isn't a first-round talent, and it could be a while until we hear his name called on stage. Milroe only threw for 2,844 yards, 16 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions in his final college season.

Although he was invited to the green room, it's hard to see him going in the first round. He struggled as a passer a season ago and is surely a developmental project. Still, the Giants take a chance on him early in the second round. With New York passing on a quarterback in the first round, the team hopes Milroe could be its long-term answer at pick No. 34. 

Malaki Starks, S

Projected Landing Spot: Minnesota Vikings (No. 24 overall)

Georgia safety Malaki Starks has the potential to be an all-around great defender in the NFL. He has elite range and is capable of being a top-tier run defender as a safety. PFF had him graded at 85.6 against the run for the Bulldogs this past season. Therefore, Starks should go in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft. 

A perfect landing spot for him is with the Minnesota Vikings at No. 24 overall. Starks can really play all over, including as a free safety, strong safety, or in the slot against opposing wideouts. This type of athlete should thrive in a Brian Flores defense, making this a match made in heaven. The Georgia product would be Harrison Smith's successor in the secondary. 

Shemar Stewart, DE

Projected Landing Spot: Atlanta Falcons (No. 15 overall)

There's no doubt the Atlanta Falcons need some defensive line help. They released Grady Jarrett this offseason, and the Falcons ranked 31st in sacks (31) last season. That means there's a good chance Atlanta will land Texas A&M edge rusher with the 15th overall pick.

Stewart is an interesting prospect in the 2025 class because he didn't really produce much in his college career. In his three seasons with the Aggies, he totaled just 65 tackles (12 tackles for loss), four 1/2 sacks, four passes deflected, and one forced fumble. However, he is exceptionally talented and a physical pass rusher, something the Falcons desperately need on defense.

Cameron Ward, QB

Projected Landing Spot: Tennessee Titans (No. 1 overall)

At this point, it's set in stone that the Tennessee Titans will take the Miami (FL) quarterback with the first overall pick. Ward is clearly the best quarterback in this year's draft class and has the potential to be an elite signal-caller in the NFL. He threw for 4,313 yards, 39 touchdowns, and seven interceptions in his final college season in 2024. 

When Ward gets drafted first overall in Thursday's draft, he will immediately be Tennessee's QB1 of the future. Even though Will Levis is still with the team, the former Kentucky quarterback hasn't shown much in his first two NFL seasons. So, it's safe to say that the Miami (FL) product will officially be a Titan very soon.
