NFL DFS: Jaguars vs. Bears DraftKings, FanDuel Daily Fantasy Football Picks - London Showdown Slate (Week 6)

Caleb Williams - Fantasy Football Rankings, QB, NFL Rookies, Draft Sleepers

Today's top NFL DFS lineup picks for DraftKings, FanDuel -- Jaguars vs. Bears London showdown slate for Week 6 (October 13, 2024). Koby's NFL daily fantasy sleeper picks.

We are back again, RotoBallers! Back to London, we go! Thursday night's game was a solid one. I had the right players, but just not in the right combos, so it wasn't quite as successful of a day as I would have liked but onward we go. The London game was once again low-scoring last week, and if the Bears defense continues to be stifling, we could see that be the case once again.

Thanks to today's advanced analytics, I'll do my best to provide you with as much in-depth analysis as possible regarding positional matchups, etc. to help you build the best single-game contest lineups! For this London game, we have Caleb Williams and the Chicago Bears taking on Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars!

I will provide you with daily fantasy football picks on FanDuel and DraftKings for the Jaguars vs. Bears NFL DFS showdown slate for Sunday, October 13, 2024. These NFL DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on both DraftKings and FanDuel. If you have any questions, follow me on X @DFSKoby and fire away, or sign up for a premium RotoBaller NFL package and chat with me and other NFL DFS analysts whenever you'd like!

MVP/Captain - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Caleb Williams - QB, $17,400 (DK), $15,500 (FD)

Key Stats

  • 2024 Stats: 1,091 passing yards, five passing touchdowns, four interceptions, and 113 rushing yards

The Jaguars defense has been giving up fantasy points galore this season. It gives up the most FP to opposing QBs and WRs and the fourth most FP to RBs.

With all that in mind, we also have Caleb Williams, who seems to be coming out of his shell as he has dropped 26 FP against Carolina and 23 FP against Indianapolis. Both defenses were bad, and then there is Jacksonville. This is an excellent spot for Williams to continue progressing to being a great QB.

Brian Thomas Jr. - WR, $14,100 (DK), $12,000 (FD)

Key Stats

  • 2024 Stats: 34 targets, 22 receptions, 397 receiving yards, three touchdowns

The Brian Thomas Jr. party is here and it shows in his price. He is the second-most expensive guy on the slate, which makes him a bit risky, but if the Jaguars get behind in this game, then Trevor Lawrence could be slinging the rock.

He has had 8+ targets in the last three games and has finished with 21+ fantasy points in the last two. Thomas has also become a red-zone threat as he has three touchdowns on the season.

Other Captains/MVPs: DJ Moore, D'Andre Swift

Flex Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Rome Odunze - WR, $7,200 (DK), $9,000 (FD)

Rome Odunze has been the player to exploit bad defenses this season. His two best games have come against Carolina and Indianapolis where he has reeled in 5+ receptions in both.

With Jacksonville giving up the most fantasy points to opposing WRs, I'd love to see Odunze get his and have a day like he did against Indy. DJ Moore is the best pick but is much more expensive and I like the price we get for Odunze as he is even cheaper than Keenan Allen.

Tank Bigsby - RB, $7,000 (DK), $10,000 (FD)

Even if Travis Etienne Jr. starts, I like Tank Bigsby to shoulder a solid workload. Bigsby is coming off a massive game where he finished with 129 total yards and two touchdowns. In the second half of last week's game, Etienne only played 17% of snaps, which is a significant drop.

I expect that number to come up if he does start, but I still expect Bigsby to take on a significant workload so that Etienne doesn't risk reinjuring his shoulder.

Other Flex Options: Trevor Lawrence, Christian Kirk

Value Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Evan Engram - TE, $4,800 (DK), $8,000 (FD)

If Evan Engram plays, he could be in line for a big role. Gabe Davis may be out with an injury, which could lead to some extra targets for the TE. If he doesn't play, Brenton Strange is still a viable option and even cheaper than Engram.

The Bears defense has been stellar this season, so it makes taking any Jaguars risky, but with how affordable we can get either of these TEs, it is worth a shot.

Bears D/ST - D/ST, $4,000 (DK), $9,000 (FD)

As I said, the Bears defense has been incredible this season. Outside of the last week, the Jaguars offense has been pretty bad as it hasn't scored more than 20 points in any of the previous four contests.

The Bears have the fourth-highest fantasy-scoring defense this season, too. Then, on top of that, the Jaguars may be down a crucial piece in Travis Etienne Jr. For how affordable the Bears defense is on this slate, I will have a bit of it in my lineups.

Other Value Plays: Brenton Strange (if Engram is out), Cairo Santos

Enjoy your night, and good luck, everyone!
