NBA DFS: Top Daily Fantasy Expert Picks for DraftKings, FanDuel (11/14/25)

Karl-Anthony Towns - Fantasy Basketball Rankings, NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Free daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for today's slate on DraftKings and FanDuel. Use Keith's NBA DFS expert picks to building winning DFS lineups on November 14th, 2025.

Welcome back, RotoBallers! We have another Emirates NBA Cup slate this evening, with eight games on the DraftKings main slate and nine games on FanDuel. Just a quick reminder, we can generally expect tighter rotations and a couple extra minutes from star players in these tournament games. Let's dive in and break it down!

Injury news will play an important role, as always, with Jalen Brunson and Paolo Banchero already having been ruled out, forcing their team's into meaningful rotation adjustments. We also have several impactful names listed as questionable that we will need updates on, including Anthony Davis, Cade Cunningham, and Jalen Duren. Their final statuses will be important to monitor as roster lock approaches.

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 11/14/25. Remember to monitor NBA injury news and our awesome NBA injuries report tool, as the slate can completely change before lineups lock at 7:00 p.m. ET on FanDuel and DraftKings. To keep up with all the latest developments and get access to updated projections, grab an NBA season pass and also gain access to our RotoBaller Premium Discord, where our experts are talking about the slate up until lineups lock!

NBA DFS Core Picks

Luka Doncic, LAL - PG ($12,000 DK/$12,600 FD)

Luka is coming off his worst performance of the season so far, but he has demonstrated an elite ceiling multiple times already this season. He faced a brutally tough OKC defense last time out, but he gets a much more favorable spot against the Pelicans' 28th-ranked defense this time out. In this NBA Cup environment, he should flirt with 40 minutes and carries legitimate triple-double upside every time he takes the floor.

The value that opens up on this slate as injury news rolls in will directly impact the popularity of Luka as the most expensive player on the slate. On FanDuel, the presence of Victor Wembanyama also plays a role and provides a difficult decision point at the top of the salary range.

Karl-Anthony Towns, NYK - PF ($9,400 DK), PF/C ($8,900 FD)

With Jalen Brunson already ruled out, Karl-Anthony Towns is set for a massive workload as the focal point of the New York offense. In 14 games with Brunson inactive last season, Towns carried a massive 30.5% usage rate, which was nearly 3% above his season average. Towns has already been a force this season, posting at least 50 fantasy points in four of his last six games despite the Knicks winning comfortably in several of those contests.

The matchup tonight is also favorable for Towns, as Miami has played at the fastest pace in the league and is still without its best defender, Bam Adebayo. With his price hovering around the $9K mark, Towns can post a monster game relative to that price tag.

NBA DFS GPP Pivots

Franz Wagner, ORL - SF ($8,500 DK) SF/PF ($7,900 FD)

Paolo Banchero has a groin strain and will be sidelined for multiple games, which opens up a massive role for Franz Wagner. Last season, in 20 games with Banchero inactive, Wagner posted a massive 32.8% usage rate and 31.7% assist rate, both of which were significantly above his season averages in those categories.

On top of the increased role, Wagner also gets one of the best possible matchups against the worst defense in the league. Brooklyn ranks dead last in defensive efficiency by nearly four points more than the second-worst defense. The 14.5-point spread is a little concerning in this one, but the benefit of point differential playing a role as a tie-breaker in the tournament means Wagner should be on the floor even if the score is lopsided. If Brooklyn keeps it close, Wagner has an incredible ceiling.

Anthony Edwards, MIN - SG ($8,900 DK) SG/SF ($9,500 FD)

Wolves star Anthony Edwards appears to be taking his game to another level this season. The 24-year-old has scored more than 30 points in four of six healthy games already, and he has been over 35 points in three of those. He's posted a career-high 34.4% usage rate, and he's shooting a career-best 65.9% from the floor. Even if the shooting efficiency regresses a bit, this is still an impressive step forward in his sixth season.

Tonight's matchup only adds to the intrigue, as the Wolves have the highest implied team total on the slate against the Kings' 27th-ranked defense.  As mentioned above, the 11.5-point spread isn't quite as concerning in an NBA Cup game where teams running up the score is beneficial when point differential plays a role in advancement. Edwards is in a prime spot to put up yet another ceiling performance.

NBA DFS Value Picks

Moussa Diabate, CHA - C ($4,200 DK/$5,300 FD)

Charlotte has ruled out center Ryan Kalkbrenner tonight, which should lead to a starting role for Moussa Diabate. The playing time has already been trending in a positive direction for Diabate, and now he steps into a starting role with a path to 30 minutes. His excellent rebounding and shot-blocking ability give him a strong floor, and he has an outside chance at a double-double if he gets some putbacks on the offensive glass.

Andre Drummond, PHI - C ($5,700 DK/$5,200 FD)

Joel Embiid is out yet again, and Andre Drummond's price has not fully adjusted for his role in that scenario. Last game with Embiid inactive, Drummond played 33 minutes and posted 14 points and 13 rebounds against Boston.

If Jalen Duren (questionable) is unable to play for the Pistons, this becomes an excellent matchup for Drummond, who should be to dominate the paint. Even if Duren plays, Drummond has double-double upside and a locked in role as an excellent fantasy-point-per-minute producer. He should grade out as one of the top point-per-dollar plays on the slate.

Derik Queen, NOP - PF/C ($4,9oo DK/$5,400 FD)

Pelicans rookie Derrick Queen is coming off an absolute monster performance in a game where Kevon Looney and Yves Missi were healthy and played a combined 10 minutes. Queen logged 37 minutes and posted a career-high 26 points to go along with seven boards and four assists. It remains to be seen if that role is sticky, but we have to take notice if it is in his range of outcomes.

Queen has already proven himself as an excellent per-minute fantasy producer, so a role that settles in the 28-30 minutes range would be enough at this price point. He gets a matchup with the Lakers and their 21st-ranked defense tonight. There's a risk he returns to his role around 24 minutes, but the upside is incredible if he sees more than that.

Miles McBride, NYK - PG/SG ($4,800 DK/$4,400 FD)

With Jalen Brunson already ruled out, Miles McBride should slide into the starting lineup and has a chance to play 30+ minutes. We have seen McBride thrive in relief of Brunson multiple times in the past, and he happens to be in the best game environment of the night for this one. The Heat play at the fastest pace in the league, and the game carries a healthy 238.5-point total, which is one of the highest on the slate.

Today's Top NBA DFS Game Stacks

Heat at Knicks (238.5 O/U) - This game combines a healthy total with a relatively close spread (5.5 points), and also features the fastest pace team in the league. Additionally, we have star players out (Jalen Brunson and Bam Adebayo) on both sides, which means we have several players who are underpriced relative to their role.

Kings at Timberwolves (240.5 O/U) - The highest game total on the slate features an underpriced Anthony Edwards and an improved version of Julius Randle. It's easy to start with one of the Wolves' stars, but the Kings' side is much more difficult if Domantas Sabonis plays. If Sabonis gets ruled out, the stack appeal goes way up, as Kings value like Precious Achiuwa or Drew Eubanks (whoever starts) would make for an easy run-back.
