Operating as the Giants' primary leadoff hitter, Wade is getting plenty of opportunities at the dish. Additionally, he has remained in the lineup more often than not against left-handed pitching, despite San Francisco's typically strict platooning on other hitters.

Looking under the hood, Wade's success doesn't appear to be a fluke. He sports a strong .387 xwOBA, .468 xSLG, .264 xBA, and 10.2% barrel rate.
