Kevin Pillar (OF, SF) - Week 22 Waiver Wire Pickups

Kyle Bishop profiles Giants outfielder Kevin Pillar as a waiver wire pickup and add in Week 22 of the 2019 MLB season.

BALLER MOVE: Add in All Leagues

OWNED IN: 43% of leagues

ANALYSIS: Kevin Pillar has been one of the game's hottest hitters in recent weeks, and fantasy owners have begun to take notice - his ownership rate has more than doubled in the last few days. You can still add him in the majority of Yahoo leagues, however.

Over the last two weeks, the 30-year-old has a 1.173 OPS with four home runs, a stolen base, and 22 R+BI. For the year, he's already set a career high with 19 homers to go along with 11 steals, 69 runs, and 72 RBI in 129 games. Early struggles mask the fact that he's hit .293/.319/.530 since June 1; at this point, Pillar's production can't be written off as a simple hot streak.
