ANALYSIS: Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff has a favorable matchup on Sunday evening against the Los Angeles Rams and should be started in all leagues this weekend.
Last season, Goff finished as the QB 7 in PPR points last season. He totaled 4,575 passing yards, and 30 touchdowns with an additional two rushing scores on the ground.
This fall, Goff will once again play behind one of the best offensive lines in the sport with elite playmakers such as wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown, tight end Sam LaPorta, and the two-headed running back monster of Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery.

He will face the Los Angeles Rams who allowed the 13th-most average yards per game last season with 337.9 and 13th-most passing yards with 3,928. The last time he saw this Los Angeles defense he threw for 277 yards with a touchdown in the Wild Card round.
Playing in a dome and having a hefty O/U point spread of 50.5, fantasy managers should expect these teams to light up the scoresheet on Sunday night. Start Goff with confidence this weekend.
