Fantasy Football Injury Reports For Week 11 (Friday Updates): Mark Andrews, Ezekiel Elliott, Marquise Brown, Keenan Allen

Ezekiel Elliott - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

Fantasy football injury updates and injury reports for RB, WR, TE for Week 11 (2022), as of 11/18, including Mark Andrews, Ezekiel Elliott, Marquise Brown, and Keenan Allen.

There are always key injuries and players out on bye weeks at this point in the season, but we have to keep chugging along and making the right start-or-sit decisions. Half of that battle is monitoring the latest injury news up to Sunday, so our injury updates and reports for Week 11 as of Friday, November 18th, 2022, will get you up to date on the latest news surrounding key players. As always, some players have more "real" risk to miss Week 11 than others, but things change quickly, so it's important to stay up to date.

Mark Andrews, Ezekiel Elliott, Marquise Brown, Keenan Allen, and more are all in real danger of missing Week 11. We have plenty of must-starts on this week's injury list, so fantasy managers should be ready to pivot should things go south.

Mark Andrews Injury Update

Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews (knee, shoulder) was limited in practice for the second straight day on Thursday. Andrews is feeling good and appears to be on the right side of questionable ahead of a Week 11 matchup against the Carolina Panthers. The 27-year-old missed the Week 8 contest but had last week's bye to heal up, so he should be good to play this weekend unless he suffers a setback in Friday's practice.

As long as Andrews is active on Sunday, he'll be a must-start, high-end TE1 for fantasy managers. Despite missing Week 8, he sits as the TE2 in half-point PPR scoring this year with 42 catches on 64 targets for 488 yards and five touchdowns. Rookie Isaiah Likely, who has scored two touchdowns in the last two games with Andrews banged up, won't have standalone value if Andrews is back this weekend.

Ezekiel Elliott Injury Update

Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott (knee) went through individual drills during the portion of practice open to the media on Thursday. Elliott was limited on Wednesday and will likely receive the same tag on Friday, but he reportedly looked great and is expected to end his two-game absence in Week 11 against the Minnesota Vikings this Sunday.

The 27-year-old is attempting to return from an MCL sprain, but he could be eased back into the backfield rotation alongside Tony Pollard once he's ready, which will make him more of a shaky RB2/3 option for fantasy managers. Another thing working against Zeke this week if he returns is the fact that the Vikings defense has allowed just 17.8 half-points PPR points to the RB position per game in 2022, which ranks sixth-fewest in the league.

Marquise Brown Injury Update

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Marquise Brown (foot) was at practice on Thursday but didn't take part in all of the individual drills. But when he did, he was looking healthy. The Cardinals designated Brown to return from Injured Reserve this week, so he has a chance to be active on Monday night against the division-rival San Francisco 49ers.

The 25-year-old hasn't played since suffering a serious left foot injury in Week 6, though, so he's no guarantee to have a normal starter's workload if he's activated from IR to play on Monday night. And once he is back, he'll have to share targets with No. 1 wideout DeAndre Hopkins, which will lower Brown's overall fantasy ceiling. If Brown returns in Week 11, fantasy managers will need to knock Rondale Moore down in their rankings as well.

Keenan Allen and Mike Williams Injury Update

Los Angeles Chargers wide receivers Keenan Allen (hamstring) and Mike Williams (ankle) both practiced on Thursday for the second straight day this week. Allen and Williams were limited on Wednesday and will likely be listed as limited again on Thursday. It's great news, though, as they both have a shot at playing in the Sunday night showdown against the Kansas City Chiefs.

However, fantasy managers may have some tough decisions to make this weekend if Allen and Williams are game-time decisions on Sunday night. And even if they're active, you'll run the risk of both of them having their snaps limited in their first game back. Joshua Palmer and DeAndre Carter have been adequate as quarterback Justin Herbert's top two wideouts with Allen and Williams sidelined, but they'll be risky flex options if Allen and Williams are back against KC.

Gus Edwards Injury Update

Baltimore Ravens running back Gus Edwards (hamstring) took part in his second straight practice this week on Thursday. Edwards was limited in his return on Wednesday, so he'll likely be listed as limited again on Thursday. The 27-year-old had last week's bye to rest up after he was held out in Week 9. In his absence in Week 8, Kenyan Drake was the leader of the backfield and scored two touchdowns.

Edwards is trending towards a return this weekend against the Carolina Panthers, but he's only played in two games in 2022 and has 27 carries for 131 yards and two touchdowns. A return from Edwards in Week 11 would make both he and Drake low-ceiling RB3/flex options in Baltimore's run-heavy attack.

Jerry Jeudy Injury Update

Denver Broncos wide receivers Jerry Jeudy (ankle) and Kendall Hinton (shoulder) are not practicing on Thursday. It's Jeudy's second straight missed practice this week, while Hinton has been downgraded after he was a limited participant on Wednesday. The Broncos said they dodged a major injury with Jeudy when he was hurt early in the Week 10 loss to the Tennessee Titans, but that doesn't mean he's a lock to play this Sunday against the Las Vegas Raiders.

With Hinton's status now in question as well, the Broncos may have to lean on rookies Jalen Virgil and Montrell Washington behind Courtland Sutton this weekend. Sutton is looking like a high-end WR2 as a likely target hog if Jeudy doesn't get cleared. KJ Hamler (hamstring) is set to miss a few weeks.
