FanDuel NBA DFS Lineup Picks (12/30/19): Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice

I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend. Injuries are the theme on Monday night as there are plenty of them. Skal Labissiere, Trae Young, Justise Winslow, Davis Bertans, Rui Hachimura, Moritz Wagner, Luke Kennard, Aaron Gordon and Markieff Morris are already confirmed to be absent, while Alex Len, Jabari Parker, Evan Turner, Mohamed Bamba, Bradley Beal, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Eric Bledsoe, Lauri Markkanen, Blake Griffin, Mario Hezonja, Karl-Anthony Towns, and Andrew Wiggins are on the fence at the moment.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel on 12/30/19. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. You can also check out today's DraftKings lineup picks.

FanDuel DFS Guards

Khris Middleton - SG, @ CHI ($7,600)

Giannis Antetokounmpo has missed his last two outings while dealing with a back issue. If that number climbs to three, Middleton will be busy against the Bulls on Monday night. He has logged at least 39.5 fantasy points in each of his last three games and is a bargain considering his recent and potential output. If Eric Bledsoe isn't able to return as well, Ersan Ilyasova, Brook Lopez, and George Hill would also stand to benefit the most behind Middleton.

Isaiah Thomas - PG, vs. MIA ($4,700)

Bradley Beal didn't play on Saturday night, which opened the door for Thomas to do some damage against the Knicks. He logged 29 minutes in that one and dropped 20 points in the process. If Beal doesn't suit up against the Heat on Monday, Thomas is a great deal despite Miami's efficiency on the defensive end. Also, look for Troy Brown, Ish SmithJordan McRae, and Gary Payton II (in that order) to also potentially get an increase in fantasy production. Keep an eye on Beal throughout the day.

FanDuel DFS Forwards

Bam Adebayo - PF, @ WAS ($9,100)

While everyone is talking about Devonte' Graham or Malcolm Brogdon to win this season's most improved player, Adebayo should also get some recognition. He is averaging 15.6 points, 6.7 points more than last year's total, while also seeing increases everywhere else across the board. The Wizards are a hobbled unit at the moment and are also giving up a third-worst 58.51 fantasy points per game to opposing big men on the year.

John Collins - PF, @ ORL ($8,300)

With Trae Young out of the equation, Collins will benefit from a 5.5 bump in usage against the Magic. With Young not playing on Saturday after spraining his ankle on Friday night during the loss to the Bucks, it was all Collins, all day against the Bulls, with the 22-year-old finishing with 34 points on 14-for-26 shooting, while adding eight boards, three blocks, two assists, and a steal. Look for him to get it done in all areas against Orlando in only his fourth game back since returning from a lengthy suspension.

FanDuel DFS Centers

Nikola Vucevic - C, vs. ATL ($7,900)

Vucevic is still generously priced despite hitting at least 31.2 fantasy points in each game since returning from an ankle injury that kept him sidelined for 11 games. He is coming off of a strong performance against Milwaukee on Saturday, where he finished with 21 points and eight boards to go along with three steals and a pair of blocks. With Aaron Gordon not available on Monday night, look for him, along with Evan Fournier, to benefit tremendously.
