FanDuel NBA DFS Lineup Picks (10/26/19): Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice

Dennis Clausen highlights the top FanDuel NBA DFS lineup picks for 10/26/19, and a couple of sleepers to consider while building daily rosters.

With a few days of the new season already in the books, we have a better idea of how rotations are playing out, which of course will make things a little easier. FanDuel has nine games scheduled on the main slate and with an abundance of teams playing the second of back-to-back outings, some guys may hit the bench sooner than expected, especially in contests where a team is up big. From a Vegas standpoint, New Orleans at Houston leads the night with a projected combined score of 236 points, with the Rockets giving 10 points to the Pelicans.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel on 10/26/19. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. You can also check out today's DraftKings lineup picks.

FanDuel DFS Guards

Russell Westbrook - PG, vs. NOP ($10,200)

Westbrook made his Rockets' debut on Thursday night, and for those who were wondering how his production would be impacted, that question was answered decisively. Though he went 7-for-17 from the field against the Bucks, he made up for it by getting to the free throw line often, while also compiling 16 rebounds, seven assists, two blocks, and a steal to finish the night with a cool 59.7 fantasy points. Just like in years past, Mike D'Antoni will continue to run his starters into the ground, so expect Westbrook to get his fair share of time on the court against the Pelicans.

Trae Young - PG, vs. ORL ($9,000)

In the first game of the season, Young made a statement by going 6-for-10 from deep against Detroit, and just like Westbrook, he was at the foul line a lot. For good measure, the sophomore threw in some supporting stats by way of nine assists, seven boards, and a steal, and should log around 35 minutes against the Magic on Saturday night.

Zach LaVine - PG, vs. TOR ($8,000)

LaVine has put up 40 shots throughout the first two games of the season, and when you consider his production, he is very generously priced. Though the Bulls played on Friday night, LaVine is young and should get anywhere between 30-35 minutes against Toronto, with the only risk of him sitting coming if this game gets out of hand.

FanDuel DFS Forwards

Pascal Siakam - SF, @ CHI ($8,800)

Siakam is averaging 33.5 points throughout the first two games of the season, but for some reason, he is still priced well below where he should be. In any event, let's take advantage of this discounted price against the Bulls on Saturday night.

Tobias Harris - SF, @ DET ($7,300)

Harris showed up to play against Boston and compiled 41 fantasy points by way of 15 points, 15 boards, four assists, and two steals. Joel Embiid may not play in this one as a result of a sprained ankle, and if that is the case, Harris will be the No. 2 (or No. 1) option on the offensive end for Philly against the Pistons.

Kevin Love - PF, vs. IND ($8,400)

Though Love relegated some of his offensive duties to Collin Sexton, Darius Garland, and Tristan Thompson against the Magic, he made some noise on the glass by pulling down 18 boards throughout 36 minutes of play. As long as he can remain healthy, he is an All-Star caliber forward who is always capable of a double-double, while also nailing some shots from deep.

FanDuel DFS Centers

Tristan Thompson - C, vs. IND ($6,000)

For those who don't like to spend on this position (myself included), Thompson saw a healthy amount of minutes during the first game of the season against Orlando, finishing with a double-double via 16 points and 11 boards. Just like some other players on Saturday's slate, he is underpriced, especially when you consider he produced 32.7 fantasy points in the opener.
