FanDuel NBA DFS Lineup Picks (10/23/18): Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice

Dennis Clausen highlights the top FanDuel NBA DFS lineup picks for 10/23/18, and a couple of sleepers to consider while building daily rosters.

Happy Tuesday, everyone. We have only three games on tap, and a few injuries that we are keeping an eye on as Ben Simmons, Andre Drummond, and Jamal Murray are in danger of not playing. Keep an eye on them; let's get down to business.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel on 10/23/18. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. You can also check out today's DraftKings lineup picks and our Premium DFS Cheat Sheet. And don't forget to check out our brand new NBA DFS Matchup Ratings tool with daily player projections.

Make sure you don't set your lineups too early and also be sure to check player statuses and availability prior to opening tip. Give me a follow on Twitter @Den_Clausen and let me know how I did. Good luck!

FanDuel DFS Guards

De'Aaron Fox - PG, @ DEN ($8,000)

Fox ain't messing around this season and has quietly put together a solid season. Though we are only a week into the year, it is evident that sophomore guard will be the focal point of the franchise moving forward. $8,000 isn't a bad price to acquire his services, especially considering he is averaging nearly 40 fantasy points per game.

Gary Harris - SG, vs. SAC ($7,200)

Harris has been having himself a very nice season. He has been putting in a ton of minutes, averaging nearly 35 per outing, as well as putting up a healthy amount of shots. With Will Barton out, and the potential that Jamal Murray won't be available on Tuesday night, Harris and Nikola Jokic should serve as the one-two punch for the Nuggets. Expect Harris to get his touches in, however, even if Murray is in the lineup.

FanDuel DFS Forwards

Blake Griffin - PF, vs. PHI ($8,800)

If you are looking to include Anthony Davis on your roster, be prepared to pay a cool $13,000 (yikes). Though Davis is worth every penny, Blake Griffin has been doing some work in Detroit, averaging 29.5 points and 10 boards this year so far. It has never been debated whether or not he is a talented player, but his ability to stay healthy has hindered his progress throughout his career. Hopefully, he can stay on the court this season.

Nikola Mirotic - SF, vs. LAC ($7,400)

What if I told you that Nikola Mirotic currently ranks second in the league in points per game, would you believe me? Just typing this out, it is hard to believe, but it is true. The 27-year-old is off to a hot start and is currently averaging 33 points per game. With questions surrounding his role on the team with the acquisition of Julius Randle this past offseason, Mirotic continues to thrive, at least at this point. It is a long season, so we will see where he stands in April.

FanDuel DFS Centers

Zaza Pachulia - C, vs. PHI ($4,100)

Zaza has been getting some minutes off the bench in Detroit, and though having him on your roster in somewhat risky, he should get some extra time on the floor if Drummond doesn't recover from the flu in time. Make sure you monitor Drummond's status throughout the day, and if he is out, you can't go wrong paying $4,100, even if Zaza does have a dud.
