FanDuel NBA DFS Lineup Picks (1/6/19): Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice

It is Sunday, and the association features seven games that are spread out throughout the day to help keep you entertained between NFL Wild Card play. In regards to Vegas, Charlotte/Phoenix, Washington/OKC, and Miami/Atlanta are each projected to have a combined score of over 222 points. However, the pace will favor the latter two contests as they both feature a pace of over 105 possessions.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel on 1/6/19. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. You can also check out today's DraftKings lineup picks.

FanDuel DFS Guards

Bradley Beal - SG, @ OKC ($9,700)

Since John Wall's heel injury that has kept him out for the past four games thus far, Beal has virtually monopolized the Wizard's offensive production. During that span, the 25-year-old is averaging nearly 24 shots per game and is enjoying a 3.9 percent usage bump without Wall on the court. Look for him to continue to get in his licks in a game that will be played at a fast pace.

Devin Booker - SG, vs. CHA ($9,000)

Booker and company will be going up against a Hornets team that is allowing 42.43 fantasy points per game to opposing shooting guards this season. He has been a bit streaky as of late, but with this game's pace and projected combined score, he will have plenty of opportunities to rack up some points.

FanDuel DFS Forwards

Justise Winslow - SF, @ ATL ($7,000)

Winslow has been getting the start at point guard in place of the injured Goran Dragic, who is expected to be out for the next few months with a knee injury. Throughout the last nine games in which the 22-year-old has started at the one, the Heat have gone 7-2, and as a result, Winslow will continue to earn a consistent place in the Miami rotation moving forward, as long as they are winning that is. Miami will be matched up against an Atlanta team that hasn't played very well this season (no surprise there) and even with the plethora of options in the backcourt, Winslow will continue, along with Josh Richardson, to get minutes.

Otto Porter Jr. - SF, @ OKC ($4,900)

Porter has been slowly eased back into the rotation since returning from a knee injury that forced him out for 10 games. Since his return, he is averaging nearly 12 points and four rebounds across 17 minutes of play, but expect him to see a little more than the 21 minutes that he saw against the Heat just a few nights ago, a game where he put up 14 shot attempts. This pick is a bit risky, but the upside is there, especially if he can get a few more of those shots to fall for a team that is sorely lacking options on the offensive end.

FanDuel DFS Centers

Bismack Biyombo - C, @ PHO ($3,600)

Biyombo now finds himself in the starting rotation in the wake of the injury to Cody Zeller, who will be out for a least a month as a result of a hand injury. Biyombo had a double-double against the Nuggets on Saturday night, finishing things up with 16 points, 12 boards, two blocks, and two steals across 30 minutes of action. Look for him to continue to get some time on the floor on Sunday, but also expect him to be a popular value play as well. By the way, Phoenix gives up the second-most fantasy points per game to opposing centers this season, but if he flops for some reason, FanDuel will drop your lowest score of the night, making him an ideal punt addition to your lineup.
