FanDuel MLB DFS Lineup Picks (9/25/18): Daily Fantasy Baseball Advice

Justin Bales highlights the top FanDuel MLB DFS lineup picks for 9/25/18, and a couple of sleepers to consider while building daily rosters.

We have another massive Tuesday slate as the MLB season comes to an end. There are 15 games tonight, but only 14 on the "main slate," starting at 7 PM EST. Those are the games we'll be choosing from, as that slate features significantly better contests on FanDuel.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for FanDuel on 9/25/18. The lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays.

You can also read more DFS lineup picks for DraftKings and other sports too. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to contact me up on Twitter @BalesSJustin.

FanDuel DFS Pitcher

Walker Buehler - P, at ARI ($10,100)

Buehler has been playing at an elite level over his last 10 starts, posting a 3-2 record with a 1.58 ERA over that span. He has also scored 40+ fantasy points in eight of those 10 games, as well. He gets a solid matchup against the Arizona Diamondbacks, who Buehler found success against earlier this season. He's also a -209 favorite in a game set at only eight runs.

Touki Toussaint - P, at NYM ($6,400)

Toussaint has only thrown in five games this season, but he has found some success. In those games, he has recorded a 2-1 record with a 4.30 ERA. Toussaint has scored between 23 and 41 fantasy points in four of those games. He gets an elite matchup against the New York Mets, and this game is set at only seven runs. While Toussaint is an underdog, New York only feature an implied run total of 3.9 runs.

FanDuel DFS Infielders

Max Muncy - C/1B, at ARI ($4,000)

Muncy has struggled a bit with power recently, but he's hitting .318 with a .455 slugging percentage and a 1.013 OPS over his last 10 games. He only has one extra-base hit over that span, but it was a home run. He gets a good matchup against Matt Koch, though, and Muncy has been a more consistent and a more powerful option against right-handed pitching.

Josh Harrison - 2B, at CHC ($2,300)

Harrison is absurdly cheap and hits left-handed pitching well. He enters this game with 0.058 wOBA and 0.149 ISO differentials against lefties. He has also found some success over his last four games, recording 50% hard-hit and 70% fly ball rates with a 93 mph exit velocity. He's an option that helps easily fit players like Walker Buehler into your lineup.

Adrian Beltre - 3B, at LAA ($3,300)

Beltre has struggled at times this season, but he's hitting .257 with seven extra-base hits (two home runs) and six RBIs over his last 10 games. He has also posted 40% hard-hit and 46% fly ball rates with a 94 mph exit velocity over the last 15 days. Beltre also gets a solid matchup against Matt Shoemaker tonight.

Jorge Polanco - SS, vs DET ($3,200)

Polanco is surprisingly cheap for how well he has been playing. Over his last 10 games, he's hitting .268 with four extra-base hits, six RBIs, and one steal. He's a relatively safe option, who also comes with quite a bit of upside. He also gets one of the best matchups on the slate against Spencer Turnbull. Polanco is simply too cheap tonight.

FanDuel DFS Outfielders

Joc Pederson - OF, at ARI ($3,200)

Pederson has caught fire recently, as he's hitting .387 with a .903 slugging percentage and a 1.290 OPS over his last 10 games. He also owns eight extra-base hits (four home runs) and six RBIs over that span. He gets a great matchup against Matt Koch, and Pederson owns 0.161 wOBA and 0.159 ISO differentials against right-handed pitching.

Jake Cave - OF, vs DET ($3,000)

Cave has quietly been performing well, as he's averaging a healthy 11.7 fantasy points per game over his last 11 starts. He gets a good matchup against Spencer Turnbull, who struggled in his only start this season. Cave features 0.104 wOBA and 0.05 ISO differentials against right-handed pitching.
