Recent Update

6/15:Minnesota Twins first baseman Miguel Sano has officially been optioned to Class-A Fort Myers. The move comes after a season of struggles for Sano, who was batting .203 before the demotion occurred. Fantasy owners who either drafted him or picked him up off the waiver have to be scratching their heads, considering Sano was an All-Star last year. His demotion, along with Jake Cave’s move to Triple-A Rochester, makes room for Joe Mauer’s (concussion) return from injury. Owners should keep an eye on how Mauer bounces back, but Sano can be dropped in at least shallow mixed leagues for now.--Mo Castillo - RotoBaller
