FanDuel DFS Pitchers

Matthew Boyd, DET vs CWS ($9,100)

Boyd has been getting roughed up lately, but he's still an extremely high upside option thanks to his strikeouts, as he's got an elite 30.7% K-rate this year. His 3.83 Deserved Run Average and 3.56 SIERA suggest that he hasn't pitched as poorly as his ERA would lead you to believe. The White Sox strike out at a 24.0% clip against left-handed pitching, and although he's a volatile investment, Boyd's potential for a double digit strikeout performance makes him worth a look in GPP tournaments.

Marco Gonzales, SEA at BAL ($7,500)

Gonzalez is a value starter to consider with his matchup against a weak opponent in the Orioles, who have just a .312 wOBA against lefties. He's coming off of back-to-back quality starts and can easily net a win - Gonzales surprisingly has 16 wins this year, and the Mariners offense can take advantage of Baltimore's abysmal pitching staff.

FanDuel DFS Infielders

Yasmani Grandal – C, MIL vs. PIT ($3,300)

It's hard to find a catcher who can hit like Grandal, who has an .895 OPS and seven homers over the last month. He's a steal at this price batting second in a hitter-friendly park against Trevor Williams, who has an abysmal 5.59 ERA. The Brewers are a top stack option to consider.

Whit Merrifield – 2B, KAN at MIN ($3,300)

Merrifield is a cash game play as the Royals leadoff hitter, as his extra plate appearances atop the lineup increase his floor. Of course, he's also in a great position to score runs against Martin Perez, owner of an ugly 4.92 ERA.

Kyle Seager – 3B, SEA at BAL ($3,500)

Seager has been absolutely obliterating southpaws this season, with a phenomenal 150 wRC+ off of lefties. Take advantage of him in an extremely hitter-friendly ballpark in Baltimore.

Didi Gregorius – SS, NYY vs TOR ($3,400)

Didi is in a spot to rack up counting stats batting third for the Yankees, who should put a beating on opposing starter Trent Thornton and his 4.99 ERA. With just a 15.1% K-rate, Gregorius's ability to put the ball in play works well in a hitter's environment at home in Yankee Stadium.

FanDuel DFS Outfielders

Aristides Aquino, CIN vs NYM ($3,400)

Aquino is always worth considering in GPP contests when he's at home, where he's rocking a 1.045 OPS. Aquino should see some RBI opportunities batting fourth and is a must-play if you're chasing the long ball.

Eddie Rosario, MIN vs CLE ($3,500)

There are a handful of starters to target on today's slate, but Jorge Lopez makes a strong case with as the weakest with his 5.16 FIP and 1.72 HR/9. Rosario stands out batting cleanup at a quite affordable price for a guy with 31 home runs and 101 RBI.
