In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings on 7/28/19. The lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays.

FanDuel DFS Pitchers
Matthew Boyd, DET at SEA ($9,700)
While it's easy to be concerned with Boyd's 6.10 ERA over his last seven starts, that comes with 63 strikeouts in 41 1/3 innings, so he's still displaying his ability to overpower hitters. His 32.1% K-rate on the season is a dominant mark, and his 3.57 FIP and 3.24 SIERA go to show that he's pitched better than his ERA would suggest. Boyd should be able to dismantle a Mariners lineup that's in full tank mode, as they've got just a .304 wOBA over the last month.
Kyle Gibson, MIN at CWS ($7,200)
Gibson isn't anything special, although a 4.17 FIP can be useful in this year's environment. Today is the perfect opportunity to deploy Gibson against an awful White Sox lineup, whose .299 wOBA versus right-handed pitching is the third-worst in baseball. Their 25.9% K-rate gives Gibson plenty of strikeout upside. He is the best option for a value starter if you're looking to spend more payroll on your bats.
FanDuel DFS Infielders
Nate Lowe - 1B, TAM at TOR ($2,800)
Lowe has a spectacular 132 wRC+ through his first 100 big league plate appearances, along with five home runs. He and the Rays should tee off against Aaron Sanchez, owner of an abysmal 6.06 ERA. Tampa is a great lineup to stack in a hitter's park in Toronto, and Lowe is a strong value at this price.
Robel Garcia - 2B, CHC at MIL ($3,000)
Garcia has forced his way into playing time for the Cubs, as he's slugging .612 with four home runs in his 17 major league games. His high upside, low floor profile is ideal in GPP contests, and Garcia is a cheap flier at a weak position. Assuming that he's in the starting lineup, Garcia can take advantage of a hitter-friendly environment in Milwaukee against Zach Davies, who gave up six earned runs his last time out. Davies is a clear regression candidate with a 4.39 FIP and an extremely weak 15.6% K-rate, so consider any Cubs against him.
Matt Chapman - 3B, OAK vs TEX ($3,200)
Chapman enters Sunday's contest hot, coming off a homer yesterday and batting .286 with an .895 OPS over the last two weeks. He's got a fantastic 135 wRC+ on the year with career bests in his K-rate and walk-rate. Chapman will be in a spot to rack in runs and RBI batting second for the A's against opposing starter Pedro Payano, who had a 4.34 ERA in triple-A prior to his call up.
Jonathan Villar - SS, BAL at LAA ($3,000)
Villar has been downright unstoppable in this series against the Angels, as he's got two homers, four steals, and eight runs scored in the last three games, going 7-for-14. He'll be leading off for the O's against a righty and is a super affordable play at shortstop.
FanDuel DFS Outfielders
Yasiel Puig, CIN vs COL ($3,300)
Puig is among the most explosive players in fantasy thanks to his power/speed combo, as he's got 22 homers and 13 steals with the Reds. He's in an optimal position for RBI batting cleanup for Cincinnati in a hitter's environment at home. Rockies rookie starting pitcher Peter Lambert has a 5.93 ERA and may very well be torched again.
Hunter Renfroe, SDP vs SFG ($3,000)
With fantasy football mocks in full swing, Raiders wideout Hunter Renfrow may be fresh on the mind. However, we're talking about the Padres outfielder here, who has been melting left-handed pitching. Renfroe has a .994 OPS against lefties and is a power upside bat with 28 homers on the year.
