FanDuel Daily Fantasy Baseball Lineup Picks (7/3/16): MLB DFS Advice

Welcome to a long day of baseball. There are two slates on FanDuel, and only one game starts after 5:00 PM EST. Rev up those engines RotoBallers.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball MLB lineup picks for FanDuel on 7/3/16. The DFS lineup picks will range from high-priced to low-priced options and identify options who will out-perform their expectations, including sleepers and value plays on FanDuel. Let's get right down to the action, so you can kick back and watch the fireworks in the sky and on the scoreboard.

Editor's Note: RotoBaller has the best Premium MLB Subscription for only $1.99 per week. We have all the tools to help win your seasonal and daily leagues: Hitter & Pitcher Streamers, Matchup Ratings for every player, Sleeper Surgers for AVG, HR, Ks, PLUS Daily DFS Cheat Sheets, Lineup Picks, Expert Lineups, Stacks and Avoids.

DFS Lineup Stacks to Target for FanDuel

Los Angeles Angels

It would be impossible to avoid the Los Angeles Angels after what happened last night. The Angels scored 21 runs, crushing the Boston Red Sox. It was a fun game to watch, especially if the Angels found their way into your lineup. Use them again.

Texas Rangers

The Texas Rangers get a great matchup tonight against the Minnesota Twins and Kyle Gibson. Gibson has struggled all season, and he is going to continue to struggle tonight. Use the Rangers in tournaments.

Arizona Diamondbacks

The Arizona Diamondbacks should be able to hit the San Francisco Giants and Albert Suarez tonight. Arizona is a great place for hitters, and the Diamondbacks are generally under-owned. Use them in tournaments tonight.

DFS Starting Pitchers to Consider for FanDuel

Cole Hamels

Cole Hamels has a very high K-rate so far this season, and the Minnesota Twins love to strikeout. The Twins due have some power scattered throughout the lineup, and they are starting to gain steam, but Hamels should be fine. Use him in both 50/50 contests and tournaments.

Daniel Mengden

The Oakland Athletics' young starter should pitch well tonight against the Pittsburgh Pirates. The Pirates have been struggling, and the Athletics are going to take advantage. Mengden's price tag is low, which is great for tournaments.

DFS Infielders to Consider for FanDuel

Catcher (C) - Stephen Vogt

Stephen Vogt is finally starting to heat up for the Oakland Athletics. He is hitting over .300 in his last 10 games, and two games ago, against the San Francisco Giants, he posted 34.6 fantasy points. He has great upside, and despite his bad matchup, he makes for a great tournament option.

First Base (1B) - C.J. Cron

It is impossible to avoid C.J. Cron tonight after what happened last night. He went 6-for-6 with two home runs, five RBIs, and five runs. What more could a fantasy owner ask for? Use him again tonight in another great matchup.

Second Base (2B) - Jurickson Profar

The Texas Rangers' stud prospect, Jurickson Profar, is hitting .375 in his last 10 games. He is hitting almost .350 on the season, and it looks like he will not be slowing down any time soon, especially against Kyle Gibson and the Minnesota Twins.

Shortstop (SS) - Xander Bogaerts

Xander Bogaerts' price tag is down right now. He is still one of the best hitting shortstops in the league, so take advantage of the discount while it lasts. There is nothing more to this recommendation.

Third Base (3B) - Jake Lamb

Jake Lamb has been crushing the ball over his last couple of games. He has 18.7, 28.7, and 33.9 fantasy points in his last three games. He should continue to hit well in Arizona against the San Francisco Giants and Albert Suarez. Use him in all formats.

DFS Outfielders to Consider for FanDuel

Mike Trout

Mike Trout finally realized just how good he really is. He has 10 plus fantasy points in eight straight games, posting over 18 in three straight games. There is no reason to avoid him tonight against Sean O'Sullivan and the Boston Red Sox horrendous bullpen tonight.

Angel Pagan

Angel Pagan makes for a great tournament option tonight against the Arizona Diamondbacks. He has 19 plus fantasy points in three of his last six games. He is hitting for a high average, and the Diamondbacks should not be able to keep him off the bases. His consistency has dipped a bit of recent, so avoid him in 50/50 contests.
