DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (11/16/18): NBA DFS Lineups

The top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on November 16, 2018. Dennis Clausen provides NBA DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

After only three games on Thursday night, we are loaded up on Friday with eight. As always, multiple injuries to keep an eye on with Serge Ibaka, Derrick Rose, Mitchell Robinson, Jarrett Allen, and Rondae Hollis-Jefferson all in danger of not being available. As far as Vegas is concerned, New York at New Orleans is your highest-scoring contest on the slate.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 11/16/18. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks. Also, check out today's FanDuel lineup picks and be sure to take a look at injury updates prior to the opening tip

As always, give me a follow on Twitter and say hello @Den_Clausen. Good luck on Sunday.

DraftKings DFS Guards

Andrew Wiggins - SG/SF, vs. POR ($6,100)

Wiggins came out firing against the Pelicans a few nights ago and finished the night 45.5 fantasy points. With Butler out of the equation, there will be some extra shots up for grabs which will likely be distributed among Karl-Anthony Towns, Jeff Teague, Derrick Rose, and Wiggins. Look for Wiggins to benefit from Butler's departure and step up offensively moving forward. Teague is also undervalued on Friday ($5,900), and if Rose is out, he will get a significant usage bump.

J.J. Redick - SG/SF, vs. UTA ($5,500)

With the departures of Robert Covington and Dario Saric, Redick has found his way back into the starting lineup at the four spot. He looked good against Orlando in the team's first game with Jimmy Butler, playing 33 minutes and putting down 22 points in addition to shooting 51 percent from deep and taking the second-most amount of shots on the team. The upside is there, and at a generous price of $5,500, you can't go wrong by rolling with Redick on Friday night.

DraftKings DFS Forwards

Pascal Siakam - PF, @ BOS ($6,000)

Siakam has been a monster this year and has seen a significant increase in production from that of previous seasons. He will continue to get his minutes moving ahead and has carved out a nice spot for himself on the roster. If Serge Ibaka is out again on Friday, look to Siakam for some extra opportunities to put up some fantasy points against the Celtics.

Jeff Green - SF/PF, vs. BKN ($4,300)

Green has been a stud this season and is a big reason why the Wizards are currently enjoying a resurgence as of late, winning their last three games. The veteran has been hot off the bench and would only need 21.5 fantasy points to hit his value, something he should hit with no problem at all. Brooklyn is a tough team and will likely keep things close, meaning that Green should see his usual allotment of minutes.

DraftKings DFS Center

Dwight Howard - C, vs. BKN ($5,700)

Even though Howard's best days are well beyond him, he remains a consistent double-double threat. Since returning this season from the ass injury that he sustained from sitting too long on a flight, he is averaging 12.6 points and nine rebounds. He will be going up against a Brooklyn team that remains the worst in the league against opposing big men, allowing 65 points per game.
