DraftKings DFS Starting Pitchers

Nick Tropeano - P, vs CWS ($7,400)

Tropeano looked pretty good in his first start back from the disabled list against the Astros, striking out five over five innings while allowing just one earned run to a tough lineup. He should fare well against the weak White Sox, who have just a .306 wOBA versus righties. They also strike out 25.3% of the time against right-handers, so he's got some strikeout upside. The Angels should get him a win against Dylan Covey, so Tropeano is a nice option at a low price.

Sonny Gray - P, vs KC ($8,200)

It's always risky to start Gray at home, but he shouldn't get hit very hard by the measly Royals lineup, as they've got a third-worst .292 wOBA versus righties. Gray has been solid in his last two starts, and while his full season numbers are still ugly, his 4.42 FIP suggests that he's been better than his ERA. At this price, there's certainly value in Gray.

DraftKings DFS Infielders

Buster Posey - C, vs MIL ($3,700)

Posey has been dominating left-handed pitching this year, with a 135 wRC+ and more walks (12.9%) than strikeouts (10.5%). He's facing a lefty in Wade Miley who has as many walks as strikeouts this year, so expect to see Posey on base.

Matt Olson - 1B, at TEX ($4,400)

Olson is an awesome power upside play in GPP contests. He's got 21 bombs this year and can easily add to that total against Bartolo Colon, who has a 1.78 HR/9. The Athletics lineup should have a big day against him, so Olson should drive in some runs out of the A's five spot.

Rougned Odor - 2B, vs OAK ($3,900)

It's surprising to see that Odor's price isn't any higher after the insane last month that he's had, where he's batted .329 with a .984 OPS, five homers and seven steals. He's an all around fantasy contributor and is now batting second in the Rangers order, which will guarantee him plate appearances.

Rafael Devers - 3B, vs MIN ($3,600)

At this low of a price, it's tough to avoid Devers when he's at home in a fantastic offensive environment. Devers hasn't been great this season but still has plenty of power potential. It's not an ideal matchup against Kyle Gibson, but the Red Sox can score on anybody, so Devers is still in a pretty good spot.

Andrelton Simmons - SS, vs CWS ($3,900)

Simmons is a nice play in cash games for his high floor tonight. Simmons has quietly had a nice season with a 121 wRC+ and has a decent power/speed combo. He should have a good day against Dylan Covey, who has a 4.95 ERA.

DraftKings DFS Outfielders

Kevin Kiermaier - OF, at BAL ($4,100)

Kiermaier is in a valuable spot batting leadoff against Alex Cobb, owner of a 6.17 ERA. In one of the best hitting parks in the league, Kiermaier should score plenty of runs against Cobb and will get lots of plate appearances in atop the Rays lineup. Kiermaier can also score you points on the basepaths.

Matt Kemp - OF, at ATL ($4,100)

Kemp has a .922 OPS in the last 15 days, continuing his crazy 2018 campaign where he's slashing .315/.359/.536. You'd think his price would be higher with those numbers, especially since he's in an extreme hitter's park in Atlanta.
