DraftKings Daily Fantasy Baseball Lineup Picks (9/2/16): MLB DFS Advice

The Mets have really been heating up recently, and they are back in the Wild Card race! It hurts that Neil Walker was lost for the season, but they are a team that have been dealing with injuries all year, and they could make a push in the playoffs if they can get there.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball MLB lineup picks for DraftKings on 9/2/16. The DFS lineup picks will range from high-priced to low-priced options and identify options who will out-perform their expectations, including sleepers and value plays on DraftKings. Well, let's get down to it!

Editor's Note: Purchase a full season NFL Premium Pass (including Draft Kit + DFS Premium), and also get MLB Premium + DFS for free through October. Premium DFS lineup picks, expert lineups, tools and more - seven days a week. You can see screenshots of our NFL Premium and MLB Premium and DFS tools. What are you waiting for?

DFS Lineup Stacks to Target on DraftKings

Colorado RockiesThe Rockies are always an elite stack at home. They get a great matchup against Ray, who has struggled with a 4.28 ERA this season. Colorado is a -125 favorite in a game set at 11 runs, and they can be stacked in all leagues.

Cleveland IndiansThe Indians always have a high upside offense. They have been playing well recently, and they get a great matchup against Cashner, who has a 5.10 ERA over his last 10 games. The Indians are -175 favorites in a game set at 8.5 runs, and they are a great tournament stack.

New York MetsThe Mets are an offense that could be under the radar on this big of a slate. They have been on fire over the last week, and they get a good matchup against A.J. Cole. The over/under of this game is set at only 7.5 runs, but that has more to do with Syndergaard than the Mets offense. They are best suited for tournaments, though.

DFS Starting Pitchers to Consider on DraftKings

Noah SyndergaardSyndergaard has been an elite pitcher this season, as he has a 12-7 record with a 2.56 ERA and an elite strikeout rate. He gets a tough matchup against the Nationals, but Syndergaard is a -185 favorite in a game set at only 7.5 runs, and he can be used in all leagues.

Marcus Stroman - Stroman has struggled at times this season, but he has looked good recently, and he gets an elite matchup against the Rays tonight. Stroman has dominated weak offenses, and the Rays have really struggled since the trade deadline. He's best suited for tournaments tonight.

DFS Infielders to Consider on DraftKings

Catcher (C)

Gary SanchezSanchez has quickly become one of the players that is first inserted into your line. He has looked outstanding in his time with the Yankees, as he has displayed elite power and upside. He gets a good matchup against Bundy, and he can be used in all leagues.

First Base (1B)

Wilmer FloresFlores has looked outstanding for the Mets recently, as he's hitting over .300 in his last 10 games. He will consistent start for the injured Neil Walker to end the season, and Flores gets a good matchup against Cole tonight. He isn't very expensive, and he can be used in all leagues.

Second Base (2B)

DJ LeMahieuLeMahieu is always an elite option in Coors, especially when he's playing against a left-handed pitcher. He's hitting nearly .400 at home this season, and he gets a good matchup against Ray. LeMahieu can safely be used in all leagues.

Shortstop (SS)

Jose ReyesReyes has been playing well over his last 10 games, as he's hitting over .300 with decent speed and power over that span. With that being said, he hasn't been a consistent option, but he does come with great upside. He gets a good matchup against Cole, and he's a great GPP option.

Third Base (3B)

Nolan ArenadoIf you have the money, there's no reason to avoid Arenado tonight. He's hitting over .500 in his last 10 games, and he gets a great matchup against Ray in Coors tonight. Arenado has elite power, and he can be used in all leagues.

DFS Outfielders to Consider on DraftKings

Ender InciarteInciarte has been on fire recently, as he's hitting over .400 in his last 10 games with great speed. He gets a good matchup against Hellickson tonight, and Inciarte has been playing well enough for all leagues.

Yoenis CespedesCespedes has looked great over his last 10 games. He's hitting over .350 with elite power over that span, and he has been an elite fantasy option. For whatever reason, his price doesn't represent that, and he gets a good matchup against Cole tonight. Cespedes can be used in all leagues because of his cheap price tag.

Trea TurnerGenerally, I don't attack elite pitchers, but Trea Turner is the exception. He has looked unbelievable since joining the Nationals, and he has been on fire recently. He gets a terrible matchup against Syndergaard tonight, but Turner can be had at a discount, and he'll make an elite tournament option.
