DraftKings Daily Fantasy Baseball Lineup Picks (7/29/16): MLB DFS Advice

It's always a fun slate when there are a few usable pitchers that are extremely cheap. That's the case tonight, and they will allow you to stack a few great hitters together. They do come with a bit of risk, though, so keep in mind that some of the cheaper options are only suited for GPPs.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball MLB lineup picks for DraftKings on 7/29/16. You can also see our FanDuel DFS lineup picks for 7/29/16. The DFS lineup picks will range from high-priced to low-priced options and identify options who will out-perform their expectations, including sleepers and value plays on DraftKings. Well, let's get down to it!

DFS Lineup Stacks to Target on DraftKings

Milwaukee BrewersThe Brewers are a high upside offense any time they are playing at home. They get a good matchup against Steven Brault, who has only thrown in one game this season, and they are -124 favorites in a game set at 9 runs. They have great upside throughout their lineup, and they are a great stacking option tonight.

Houston AstrosThey Astros get a good matchup tonight, as they will be taking on Matt Boyd, who has struggled quite a bit this season. Houston has a few batters throughout their lineup that dominate left-handed pitching, and that will continue tonight. They are -115 favorites in a game set at 9.5 runs, and they can be used in all leagues.

Texas RangersThe Rangers offense continues to role, especially at home. They get a great matchup against Edinson Volquez, who has really struggled on the road this season. Texas is a -137 favorite in a game set at 9.5 runs, and they can be stacked in all leagues.

DFS Starting Pitchers to Consider on DraftKings

Max ScherzerScherzer has been one of the hottest pitchers in the MLB over his last 10 games, as he has a 5-2 record with a 1.71 ERA and an elite strikeout rate. He gets a good matchup against a struggling Giants offense, and he's a -143 favorite in a game set at 7 runs. He can be used in all leagues tonight.

Trevor BauerBauer is a bit of a forgotten man on the Indians, but he has been playing well recently. He's a pitcher with elite upside, and he gets a good matchup against the A's tonight. His price tag is still fairly low, but that's because of all the risk he comes with, as well. He's a GPP only option tonight.

DFS Infielders to Consider on DraftKings

Catcher (C)

Evan GattisGattis has really been heating up recently for the Astros. He isn't the most consistent hitter, but he has displayed elite power over his last 10 games. He gets a great matchup against Matt Boyd tonight, and Gattis can be used in all leagues.

First Base (1B)

Joe MauerMauer is an interesting player tonight, as he's hitting only .175 over his last 10 games, but he is averaging nearly as many fantasy points per game as he is on the season. He comes with a low price tag, and he gets a decent matchup against Quintana. He's best suited for GPPs, though.

Second Base (2B)

Jose AltuveAltuve has cooled off a bit over his last few games, but he's still hitting around .500 over his last 10 games. He's a consistent option with elite upside, and he has dominated left-handed pitching in his career. He gets a great matchup against Boyd, and he can be used in all leagues.

Shortstop (SS)

J.J. HardyHardy has to feel disrespected on DFS sites by now. He's hitting over .350 in his last 10 games, but his price tag never goes up. He's extremely consistent, and he can be used in cash games, but he also also has the upside for tournaments. He gets a tough matchup against Estrada, but he's cheap enough for all leagues.

Third Base (3B)

Justin TurnerTurner has been on fire recently, as he's hitting over .350 with great power and speed over his last 10 games. He gets a great matchup against Godley, and Turner is a consistent option with elite upside. He can be used in all leagues.

DFS Outfielders to Consider on DraftKings

Ryan BraunBraun is dealing with an injury, so check the lineup before using him. He gets a great matchup against Brault, and Braun has dominated left-handed pitching in his career. He has displayed elite upside recently, and he can be used in all leagues if he's in the starting lineup.

Matt KempKemp has been on a power tear recently, as he has been the king of extra base hits over his last 10 games. He gets a great matchup against Finnegan, and he has hit left-handed pitching well in his career. He can be used in all leagues, as well.

Trea TurnerTurner is now OF eligible on DraftKings, and he has been starting in CF for the Nationals. He has displayed elite upside over his last 10 games, and he has also been consistent. He gets a good matchup against Samardzija, who has struggled recently, and Turner can be used in all leagues.
