It is a rather short slate tonight at 6:00 PM EST. Forget about those two early games. No one has time for that kind of thing is fantasy basketball, especially since after lineups are locked, there is no changing them. Let's focus on the later games only.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel on 1/29/17. The DFS lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays on FanDuel.

FanDuel DFS Guards

James Harden - SG, at IND ($12,500) 

James Harden has the highest upside in the NBA, as far as fantasy is concerned. He proved that last game, in which he posted over 85 fantasy points in 39 minutes against the Philadelphia 76ers, scoring over 50 points, grabbing 13 rebounds, and dishing out 13 assists. Those numbers are ridiculous. Tonight, he gets an uptempo matchup against the Indiana Pacers, and with only 12 teams to choose from, he should be a top option in both 50/50 contests and tournaments. Do not ignore 'The Beard' tonight.

Seth Curry - SG, at SAS ($4,000)

To make room for James Harden, roster Seth Curry. Deron Williams is expected to be out until February, so Curry will see ample minutes. In his last game, he posted over 15 fantasy points in 34 minutes on the court. That was not a great performance for the young Dallas Maverick. He posted over 30 fantasy points in 34 minutes in the game prior, which was against the New York Knicks. He does get a tough matchup tonight against the San Antonio Spurs, but it is difficult to find someone this cheap that will play 30 plus minutes. Take advantage.

FanDuel DFS Forwards

Markieff Morris - PF, at NOP ($6,900)

Markieff Morris has been playing too well of recent to pass on him in 50/50 contests or tournaments. The New Orleans Pelicans are not great defensively, and Morris should continue to hit value. In his last four games, he has over 25 fantasy points in all of them, and over 30 fantasy points in three. Pair him with John Wall in cash games to ensure 80 fantasy points.

Ersan Ilyasova - PF, at CHI ($5,700)

Joel Embiid is likely out until Monday, at the very least. That opens up some room for Ersan Ilyasova to continue to run the Philadelphia 76ers' offense. Tonight, he gets a great matchup against the Chicago Bulls. In his last game, he looked terrible, posting under 10 fantasy points in 22 minutes on the court. However, he does have over 30 fantasy points in three of his last five contests, making him a very reliable tournament option. He is not always going to hit value, but when Embiid is out, he will hit value for often than not.

Also Consider: Nikola Mirotic - PF, vs PHI ($3,600) 

FanDuel DFS Centers

Myles Turner - C, vs HOU ($6,800)

Myles Turner has really been playing well of recent, posting over 30 fantasy points in three consecutive games now. The Indiana Pacers will have their hands full tonight with James Harden and the Houston Rockets. This should be a rather high-scoring affair, and that will only benefit Turner. He has great play-making ability, as well as a solid rebounding ability. To add to his production level, he generally blocks a shot or two per game. For his price tag, he is one of the best center options on the board.
