The top Week 10 running back streamers, fantasy football pickups and RB starts for 2025. Target these fantasy rb streaming options with strong Week 10 matchups.
With the Week 10 slate just hours away, it's time to ideinfty the top streaming options. With numerous injuries at the position, like Bucky Irving (foot/shoulder) and Rhamondre Stevenson (toe), managers may need to dig a bit deeper on the waiver wire this weekend.
In this weekend edition, we spotlight several depth running backs who appear poised to take on a larger role this weekend in their respective backfield.
Let's take a look at the top streaming options for Week 10.

Top Running Back Streamers for Week 10
Only players rostered in fewer than 60% of fantasy football leagues are considered potential streamers.
Emari Demercado (ARI) at SEA
25% Rostered
The Cardinals' backfield has been tough to navigate with Trey Benson (knee) on the IR. Over the past month, Michael Carter, Bam Knight, and Emari Demercado have all earned time as the starter. However, this past weekend, Demercado appears to have taken the lead role, and with the Cardinals relying on a "hot hand", he figures to lead the backfield once again in Week 10.
In the victory over the Cowboys on Monday, Demercado led the way with 14 carries for 79 yards and caught his lone target. On 22 attempts, the 26-year-old has flashed impressive upside, posting a strong 7.7 YPC. Since Week 4, Demercado has posted an elite 8.4 YPC.
Given his impressive efficiency, Demercado is a viable low-end RB2 with upside despite facing a Seahawks defense, which has allowed the 12th-fewest PPR points to opposing RBs.

Devin Singletary (NYG) at CHI
15% Rostered
While many expected Tyrone Tracy Jr. to lead the Giants' backfield following Cam Skattebo's season-ending ankle injury, the veteran surprisingly took the lead in Week 9. In their loss to the 49ers, Singletary logged 56% of the snaps and took eight carries for 43 yards. Through the air, Singletary caught both of his targets for eight yards.
In this game, Tracy took just five attempts for a mere 18 yards but was more involved in the passing game, seeing four targets. While Tracy still figures to have a role on passing downs, Singletary has upside as a FLEX play in half-PPR and standard formats.
Facing a Chicago Bears defense that has allowed the eighth-most PPR points to opposing RBs does provide Singletary with a favorable matchup to enter high-end RB3 territory. If he can lead the backfield once again, he could push for top-24 upside.
Sean Tucker (TB) vs. NE
15% Rostered
With Irving out once again, the Buccaneers are slated to rely on Rachaad White and Sean Tucker to lead the rushing attack. While White has been given more opportunities, in Week 8, Tucker saw a drastic increase in workload. In this victory over the Saints, Tucker logged a season-high 34% of the snaps and took 12 carries for 42 yards and a score.
Before this game, the coaching staff noted they wanted to ease White's workload and increase Tucker's usage. Their statement held true. Now coming out of the bye week, Tucker could be poised for an even larger role, due to his higher upside as a rusher, as he posted an elite 6.2 YPC last season.
Similar to Singletary, whose upside will be capped due to White's usage, Tucker has value in deeper 14-team formats this week as a desperation play. If Tampa Bay can get into the red zone often, expect Tucker to get those attempts, not White. In Week 8, both Tucker and White saw three attempts within the five-yard line, but Tucker was the one to convert on them.
Chris Rodriguez Jr. (WAS) vs. DET
5% Rostered
The final option will be for those in deeper leagues. Chris Rodriguez has typically served a depth role in the Washington backfield, but due to Jacory Croskey-Merritt's recent struggles, the 25-year-old could see a larger role. In their Week 9 loss to the Seahawks, Rodriguez was the lone bright spot on the offense as he took 12 carries for 65 yards and a score.
Earlier on Friday, reports suggested that Rodriguez could be poised for a larger role, and they even named him a captain for their Week 10 match against the Lions. With their season in free fall, any spark the Commanders could receive would be significant.
Even though he has a tough matchup on paper as the Lions have allowed the fourth-fewest PPR points to opposing RBs, given his surprisingly dominant efficiency (4.7 YPC this season, 4.8 YPC overall in his career), he is a viable desperation play for those in 14+ team leagues.

If someone is out for the week, they will not appear in the search results.
Scoring Formats. Fantasy football managers play in various types of leagues, and this tool allows you to choose whether it's PPR scoring, Half-PPR scoring, or Standard (Non-PPR) scoring. The second thing you want to do is to select the scoring format. There are three small radio buttons (small circles), so click on the scoring format you prefer.
