New York Jets running back Austin Walter was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster ahead of Sunday's game against the Eagles. The 25-year-old logged his first touches of the season last week, ultimately finishing with nine rushes, 38 yards, and a touchdown. Although he remains the third-string back behind Tevin Coleman and Ty Johnson, Walter should continue to see a couple touches per game with Michael Carter (ankle) on IR.
