Texas Rangers relief pitcher Joe Barlow (finger) has been placed on the 10-day injured list. He suffered a blister on his right finger during Thursday's contest. The Rangers don't exactly have many reliable arms out of their bullpen right now. Spencer Patton is the likely candidate to take over the closer role without Barlow available. He could have some short term fantasy value there. Fantasy managers should hold Barlow through the injury since he should return to the closer role in a week or so.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
