Rougned Odor Goes Yard Wednesday

New York Yankees second baseman Rougned Odor clubbed his eighth homer of the season in Wednesday's victory over the Kansas City Royals. Odor's homer was a big one, as it gave the Yankees the lead in the eighth inning. The blast traveled 406 feet at 109 MPH. Odor is slashing just .196/.268/.406 with eight homers and 17 RBI in 44 games while striking out 41 times. He can be safely avoided in season-long formats, though he makes for an interesting DFS play if he starts with a lefty on the mound, given his .845 OPS against southpaws this season compared to .606 against righties.
