Garrett Hampson Swipes Tenth Bag

Colorado Rockies second baseman Garrett Hampson continued showing off his speed in Thursday nightcap against the New York Mets, swiping his tenth bag of the season. He also went 1-for-3 with a double and a walk in the contest. Hampson's bat leaves plenty to be desired, as he's only slashing .232/.299/.429 on the year, but his speed keeps him very relevant for fantasy managers, as he's now tied for third in the majors in stolen bases behind only Whit Merrifield and Fernando Tatis Jr. If he can make small improvements in batting average and on-base skills, Hampson's value will skyrocket.
