Seattle Mariners starting pitcher Marco Gonzales (forearm) has been sidelined since late April due to a left forearm strain. However, he has been working his way back and the team appears hopeful that he will make his return next Tuesday, June 1 against the Oakland Athletics. Gonzales got off to a rough start to the season. Before the injury, he made five starts and went 1-3 with a 5.40 ERA and 1.34 WHIP.
