Jimmie Johnson Starts 26th At Phoenix

Hendrick Motorsports driver Jimmie Johnson will start 26th in Sunday's Season Finale 500 at Phoenix Raceway. This will be the seven-time champion's final start as a full-time driver in the Cup Series. In 34 career starts at the one-mile track, Johnson has scored four wins, 15 top-fives, and 21 top-10 finishes. However, Johnson's last win in the desert came way back in 2009. Johnson's DFS salary is a little above-average, and he will have a nice upside in position differential. Johnson has been in the same position over the last three races, and unfortunately, that has resulted in three finishes of 30th or worse. In Johnson's final race, one would hope for a nice sendoff, but there are better-valued drivers on the slate.
