Tony Pollard Unlikely To See Increased Role In Week 9
4 years agoDallas Cowboys running back Tony Pollard will likely continue in his change-of-pace role in Week 9 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Pollard has been getting a few more touches lately, but he's still working clearly behind starter Ezekiel Elliott. Pollard was the more efficient runner last week, running the ball seven times for 40 yards, but as long as Elliott remains in the lineup, Pollard will have very little upside. He's still worth rostering of course, as he'd take on a near every-down role if "Zeke" were to miss time.
