Dallas Cowboys linebacker Leighton Vander Esch (neck) underwent surgery on his neck on Tuesday with the expectation that he will be available for the offseason program, according to multiple sources. Vander Esch missed seven games with the injury in 2019 and ended up opting for a non-invasive procedure to alleviate nerve issues in his neck. He totaled 72 tackles (43 solo), half a sack and one forced fumble in his nine games after exploding for 140 tackles and two interceptions in his rookie season in 2018. With better health, LVE should be a productive tackling machine in the middle of the field for Dallas next season. He's a high-risk, high-upside IDP selection.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
