Edmonton Oilers superstar center Connor McDavid picked up three points in Edmonton's win over Washington, scoring a goal and an assist in the third period before adding an assist on the overtime game-winner. McDavid had been held scoreless through his last three games, a feat that he avoided all of last season, before jumping back on the scoresheet in a big way in this game. As talented as McDavid is, having Leon Draisaitl back on his wing, who broke a two-game scoreless streak of his own, had to help.
