Aaron Rodgers Explodes In Victory Over Oakland
Aaron Rodgers exploded in one of the biggest statistical games of his career in the Packers victory over the Oakland Raiders. Rodgers finished the game completing 25 of his 31 passing attempts for 429 yards and five touchdowns, adding another six yards and a touchdown on the ground. In the opening weeks of the season, the team hadn't asked him to do too much, relying on the running game to win games instead. However, in this game it seemed as though the shackles were removed. In a game where Rodgers was missing his primary receiver, Davante Adams, he was able to get the ball downfield and look dangerous on every drop back. Rodgers will look to continue this momentum against the Kansas City Chiefs next week.
