Jordan Spieth is set to tee it up in this week's Northern Trust. Spieth continues to be plagued by erratic play. He went from contention to an MDF in last week's Wyndham Championship due to a third-round 77. The Texan can blame his inconsistency on his poor ball striking, which has him ranked just 160th on the PGA Tour in strokes gained tee-to-green for the year. The 26-year-old has been a magician on the greens and stands first on the Tour in putting average, but that might not be enough to save him this week on a Liberty National layout that punishes wayward shots. Spieth is a risky fantasy proposition in his current form. --Joe Nicely - RotoBaller
