The Arizona Cardinals released defensive tackle Robert Nkemdiche on Sunday, after the first-round pick in the 2016 NFL Draft showed up to training camp out of shape. He started camp on the Active/Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list due to a knee ailment, and he also had a pair of offseason arrests which might have angered the Cardinals, too. Nkemdiche had been due a $400K bonus for being on the roster on the fifth day of training camp. The team will roll with a rebuilt defensive line of third-round pick Zach Allen, Rodney Gunter, Terrell McClain, Corey Peters and Darius Philon. The Cards are not a recommended fantasy DST in most formats heading into 2019.--Daniel DobishRead More News
