Nashville Predators defenseman Mattias Ekholm threw three shots on net in 25:22 minutes of ice time in Saturday's win but had little to show for it, registering zero points for the sixth straight game. Although Ekholm has already reached a career-high 42 points this year, he only has one point across his last 12 games. Prior to February, Ekholm had not gone more than four games without registering a point but has done so twice since then, going ice cold when fantasy owners vying for playoff success have needed him the most. His previous production suggests he will snap this slump at some point, but with higher leverage fantasy matchups on the horizon, he does not necessarily need to be rostered despite being owned in 78 percent of Yahoo! leagues.--Russ Ivanac - RotoBaller
