Hideki Matsuyama Suffers Worst Week Of Career On Greens
Hideki Matsuyama suffered a disaster on the greens at last week’s Arnold Palmer Invitational. The Japanese star recorded his worst ever strokes gained putting total at an event last week, losing 8.3 strokes to the field in this department. Remarkably, Matsuyama still managed to record a respectable T33 finish, which was down to his solid ball striking, with Matsuyama gaining 6.7 strokes over the field with his irons. In 2018 Matsuyama missed the cut at the Players.
