Karl-Anthony Towns Leads Timberwolves Past Pelicans

Minnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns stole the show in Wednesday's game against the New Orleans Pelicans, extending his double-double streak to three games with a 25-point, 16-rebound effort. He also had three assists and two blocks in the 107-100 win, shooting 9-fo-17 from the field and 2-for-4 from deep with a perfect 5-for-5 record from the line. Towns has woken from the dead since Minnesota solved the Jimmy Butler issue, scoring very efficiently and eating glass like it's going out of style. He's averaged 29.7 points and 18.7 rebounds in the last three games and will be looking to dominate the Blazers next. KAT had 23 points in just 25 minutes against Portland earlier this month.
