For the second straight season, Thomas Pieters failed to crack the top 25 at the CIMB Classic, this time finishing in a share of 30th place. The big-hitting Belgian attempted a bomb-and-gouge strategy at TPC Kuala Lumpur, which may not have been the correct game plan to incorporate. Pieters only hit 32 out of 56 fairways during the four days, a 57.14 percent average that placed him 63rd overall in that statistic. The 26-year-old will most likely continue playing most of his events outside of the United States, but his length off the tee and scoring ability will make him a great DFS option at courses that require distance. It just isn't known how many of those situations will be presented to us on the PGA Tour during his 2019 campaign.--Spencer Aguiar - RotoBallerRead More News
