Didi Gregorius The Lone Bright Spot In Ugly Loss
                
        
        Perhaps just one player had a strong game for the New York Yankees Thursday night in a laugher of a defeat to the Boston Red Sox. That would be starting shortstop Didi  Gregorius, who started the scoring with a three-run bomb in the opening inning, seemingly putting the Yankees on the right track towards a victory. He would go on to smash another home run in the aftermath of a chaotic fourth inning for his club’s pitching. While Giancarlo  Stanton is the biggest name still in the lineup following Aaron  Judge’s injury, Gregorius could be the man to lead the offense while last year’s AL Rookie of the Year recovers.
