Hyun-Jin Ryu Notches Third Quality Start In A Row

Los Angeles Dodgers starter Hyun-Jin Ryu tamed a Nationals lineup that had given Clayton Kershaw difficulty just the night before. Ryu threw seven innings of shutout baseball, striking out eight and walking three. And he only needed 89 pitches to do so. The Dodgers are weary of letting Ryu, who's missed the better part of three seasons to injury, go too long but his stuff is there. That's the third quality start in a row and he's making a sneaky back-end rotation fantasy play. He'll likely next face the Giants next weekend.
