Detroit Red Wings forward Darren Helm was promoted to the second line three games ago, alongside Dylan Larkin and Anthony Mantha, but has failed to capitalize on the more favorable deployment. Helm recorded five shots in his first game with his new linemates but has only recorded one shot in the two games since. Playing with Larkin, who is leading the team in assists with 41, and Mantha, who is leading the team in goals with 23, should translate into more than six shots in three games and no points. Despite the opportunity, Helm is not the under-the-radar option that his favorable deployment hints he could be and will likely be moved back down the lineup unless he starts producing soon.--Russ Ivanac - RotoBaller
