The Cincinnati Bengals have agreed to terms with free-agent quarterback Matt Barkley on a two-year deal. Barkley is expected to compete for the backup role behind veteran Andy Dalton. Barkley did not play in the NFL last season. He is very unlikely to hold any fantasy value unless an injury thrusts him into a starting role. Even then, he would be a very low-end QB option.--patton
